| Sales Professional - Construction Equipment SALES PROFESSIONAL – Construction Equipment Do you thrive in busy and demanding surroundings? Are you able to convert prospects into clients? Our client seeks a highly independent and competitive individual who will accept responsibility to efficiently guide and direct his or her own sales success, while dramatically increasing the retail customer service base of our clients Construction Equipment line. POSITION DESCRIPTION As our client’s focus is based on relationship building to make customers the most important part of the business, you: · Will bring proven sales, sales management, marketing, and computerized record keeping abilities to the role. · Must have strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to communicate. · Will understand how corporate strategy and vision making processes generate success · Will work to ensure the budgeted objectives are attained within your sales territory. QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION · A diploma / degree in business and/or industry related sales training or certification is preferred · Three (3) years experience selling excavators, loaders, dozers, trenchers, etc. a must · A background in the construction/ power equipment sector would be a definite asset. INDIVIDUAL SKILLS & ABILITIES · A record of personal achievement, · Goal oriented, · Solid decision-making and planning abilities, · Initiative, · Strong organizational skills. · You will set and achieve your own sales targets, · Consistently follow-up sales leads, · Establish new leads COMPENSATION Annual compensation potential is extremely strong for proven performers.
