| Associate Marketing Manager We are currently looking for an Associate Marketing Manager to support the Brand Marketing Team in 2008. The purpose of the position is to contribute to the efficient achievement of both short and long-term Brand/Channel financial objectives (market share, consumption, trade sales and profitability) through the development & implementation of strategic brand plans and deployment of relevant programs and offerings as identified by analysis of market/product, consumer/HCP or financial data. The primary duties of this position include: · Assist in the development and execution of strategic brand plans either directly or through leading channel partners to achieve financial objectives. Including determining appropriate strategies and tactics (product, promotion, pricing, packaging and merchandising) to drive brand share aligned with overall product lifecycle objectives. · Support launch of new products through development and execution of pre-launch strategies and development of commercialization plan in collaboration with local stakeholders and global teams. · Contribute to the development of marketing plans (short & long-term objectives & strategies) to achieve profitable growth by identifying relevant supporting data and assisting in the communication of the plans. · Working closely with external agencies & internal stakeholders to drive media planning & creative development in support of national & regional advertising campaigns. · Communicate (oral & written) Brand/project information to relevant management and business partners in a timely manner. Demonstrate the use of refined analytical problem solving and presentation skills. · Build relationships among internal business partners including global marketing partners, key suppliers, industry partners, and J&J affiliates to advance organizational growth and business intelligence. This position requires the following education, experience & demonstrated competencies: · University Degree in relevant business/science (BA/BSc with strong academic performance) with 3+ years relevant marketing experience; advertising and/or media planning an asset; · Refined analytical problem-solving and communication skills required. · Ability to easily toggle between having a big picture orientation and attention to detail. · Proven ability to exercise a high degree of business judgment and sound reasoning, including escalation of issues and business risks. Ability to then develop and present solutions and strategies to mitigate risks. · Strong leadership, communication (oral & written) and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work in a collaborative team environment. · Highly innovative and creative thinking. · Bilingual (English and French) a benefit.
