THE OPPORTUNITY As a Business Development Representative/Account Manager you will be representing a proven applicant screening and referral service that gives employers the time-saving search and applicant screening benefits of using an employment agency or search firm, at the lowest possible cost. You will be expected to secure new customers, manage and grow assigned accounts, and be ready when called upon to aid BDM Staffing Specialists in providing support and services to your customers. Your base of operations will be your home office and you will have full responsibility for achieving revenue goals within your assigned territory and/or business sector, working from both company supplied and personally developed sales appointments and leads. COMPENSATION Compensation for this opportunity is negotiable depending on experience and includes commissions and bonuses providing for annual income potential of up to $90K+ for top performers. QUALIFICATIONS/KEY REQUIREMENTS To qualify for this role you must have a minimum of 2 years of successful solution sales experience in a business-to-business environment selling to management and executive level decision makers. In addition successful candidates will have demonstrated all of the following through previous work experience: - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills - Thrive on building and managing relationships - Comfort working with both established and start-up businesses - Professional, friendly and engaging interpersonal manner - Highly disciplined, self-motivated and able to work effectively without supervision - An assertive but non-aggressive style - Strong business acumen - Determination and persistence - Efficiency using the Internet, e-mail, and Microsoft Office applications TO APPLY: Please submit your resume along with compensation requirements.
