| Receptionist/Customer Service Rep-Dartmouth THE COMPANY A well established debit/credit provider with a focus on medium and small businesses. The company carries a wide variety of debit/credit products ranging from convenience store systems to long range pizza delivery systems making it a one-stop shop for debit/credit solutions. Their staff consists of a loyal, enthusiastic team who works together to bring these opportunities to market. THE OPPORTUNITY As a Receptionist/Customer Service Representative your main function will be taking inbound calls, data entry, preparing monthly mail outs, preparing shipments for supplies and basic configuring of debit systems for deployment. You will be responsible for maintaining proper records of all calls and completing reports as required. You must be committed to keeping current with company products and services and the industry in general, and to using your knowledge and exceptional interpersonal customer service skills to ensure that customers receive exceptional service and a timely response to all of their inquiries. COMPENSATION & WORK STATUS Compensation for this position consists of a hourly starting wage of $10.00 plus other benefits. QUALIFICATIONS/KEY REQUIREMENTS While full training on products and procedures is provided, the successful candidates for this opportunity must have: - A minimum of 1 year of reception/customer service experience, - A track record of consistently meeting objectives, - Strong, independent work ethic and self motivation, - Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task, - Above average communication and interpersonal skills, - Good computer skills - Excel, Word, Access. - Own tranportation required.
