| Airline Services Analyst Toronto We have an immediate opening for an Airline Services Analyst within our Airline Services Analysis department. Responsibilities: As the selected candidate, your mandate will be to perform in-depth studies of the existing and potential aircraft services market, maintenance cost and reliability levels and other related economic analyses in support of the sale of Regional Aircraft products. Specific responsibilites of this position include; Developing economic and technical analysis for customer presentations that support services required to successfully introduce and operate our Regional Aircraft products. Areas of study shall include Training, Start-Up, Spares, Maintenance Planning/Costing, Maintenance Services, Technical Data, In-Service Engineering and Field Service. Analysis of services shall consider the region of study and competitor evaluation. Job Requirements: As a successful applicant, you are a professional with five (5) years experience in fields such as airline flight or technical operations & training and/or engineering with a strong interest in Customer Service. A strong communicator with sound analytical expertise and polished presentation skills, you excel in a team environment and are able to synthesize complex technical and economic data into useful internal management and Customer information. Periods of travel will be required to meet with customers in order to fully understand their requirements.
