Our signature service, The BDM Staffing Solution, continues to be the solution of choice for smart, cost-conscious companies to bridge the gap between the speed and timesavings, but high cost, of employment agencies and headhunters, and the uncertain, time consuming, do-it-yourself world of online recruitment and print advertising. THE OPPORTUNITY As a Research & Marketing Associate (RMA), you will be working from your own home office, providing research, marketing, lead generation, and appointment booking services to both internal and external BDM customers. You primary tools will be the Internet, email and the telephone so you must be completely comfortable using all three. The services you will provide include: - identifying, profiling, and contacting prospective customers using email and by phone to introduce solutions and to set up telephone and in-person sales appointments; - finding, exploring, and evaluating needed resources, products and services as required; - presenting job and career search opportunities and solutions to individuals; and - creating dynamic and informative marketing messages. COMPENSATION Compensation for this opportunity is negotiable depending on experience and includes commissions and bonuses providing for annual income potential of up to $60K+ for top performers. Your income will be based on the quality and quantity of your research and marketing activities on suspect companies and presenting job and career search opportunities and solutions to individuals assigned to you. This makes for unlimited potential as BDM has a very high closing rate and offers exceptional services at the most affordable rates in the industry. QUALIFICATIONS/KEY REQUIREMENTS To qualify for this opportunity you must have a minimum of 1 year of work experience in a sales environment along with complete proficiency using MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and conducting research on the Internet. In addition you will have demonstrated all of the following through previous work experience: - Above average written and oral communication skills with 100% fluency in English - Creativity, resourcefulness and exceptional research skills - Entrepreneurial nature, confident, outgoing, and people-oriented - At ease dealing with people at management and executive levels - Professional, friendly and engaging telephone manner - Highly disciplined, self-motivated and able to work effectively without supervision - Assertive but non-aggressive interpersonal style - Strong business acumen - Determination and persistence Strong preference will be given to candidates who have a post-secondary diploma or degree in business or marketing and sales related training.
