Director of Operations Our client, Stark & Marsh Chartered Accountants, is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee all business operations for their multi-location firm in Saskatchewan! The Director of Operations is an autonomous position that will be responsible for initiating and administering a profitable organizational business plan, directing all workforce management, client and product development as well as all critical operational activities. To step into this role, your career path must demonstrate extensive business experience in strategic planning and project management, human resource management, and public and corporate relations. To make this possible, you must possess exceptional interpersonal skills, professional business acumen, strong leadership qualities and an intuitive talent for cultivating the right ideas at the right time.
