Through effective assessment of client financial needs and providing product and service solution, the team members contribute to sales plans and related activities. It’s a unique opportunity, with the ability to recognize both business and personal needs and acknowledge this close connection. Business Advisors are able to leverage RBC Financial Group expertise and maximize these opportunities to make referrals to RBC partners. Located in our Mississauga Call Centre on Financial Drive, your role as a Business Advisor encompasses many different and interesting areas. Your primary responsibilities include addressing the need of the client and being a first point of resolution if necessary. In this role you will be able to demonstrate the four essentials of Customer Care and Colleague Care. Contributing to unit and team sales objectives through the consistent delivery of financial advice designed to satisfy the client’s total financial services needs. The Business Advisor group provides service to clients Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and therefore representatives must be committed to maintaining a flexible work schedule based on the demands of our unique environment. Full and flexible shifts exist. If you possess exceptional communication skills and display proven sales success, you could be a strong player on this team! Knowledge of RBC Business and Personal lending products would be an asset, coupled with Credit and Investment knowledge. Having experience with contact centre problem resolution is a definite asset as well as experience in branch or business banking environments.
