| Bilingual Customer Service/ Order Desk ob Description This is a great entry level position for a Customer Service Representative with strong communication skills in both official languages. Responsibilities * Handle incoming customer calls across Canada * Handle incoming orders / order entry * Check inventory – liaise with warehouse * Handle return authorizations * Shipment tracing * Handle questions, provide information * Follow up with customers when necessary Qualifications * Fluency in both French & English * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Strong customer focus * 1 year of customer service or call center experience * Must be motivated and have sense of ownership * Ability to work independently and in a team environment | |
