| Supervisor, Electrical Engineering We are currently looking for a Director of Engineering Services for an electrical utility company in the spectacular Yukon Territory. Our client employs 80 skilled workers in Whitehorse, Yukon and is committed to offering high quality service in an economical yet environmentally and socially responsible way. While working in the Yukon Territory you will have access to extensive outdoor recreational opportunities, breathtaking scenery and a rapidly growing economy. Experience the amazing midnight sun in the summer, or spectacular northern lights in the winter. Other activities include hiking the Alaska/Yukon trails, swimming, fishing, hunting, golfing, going to the theatre and trying your hand at panning for gold. As Supervising Electrical Engineer you would be in charge of providing a range of services in generation, substations, transmission, distribution as well as protection and controls. Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time Salary: $77,422 to $116,133 yearly, plus benefits Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible Location: Whitehorse, Yukon (1 vacancy) Skill Requirements: Education: Registered Professional Electrical Engineer and eligible for registration in the Yukon Experience: Minimum 10 years experience of varied and progressively more senior experience as well with knowledge of protection and control systems, hydro and diesel generation, and transmission and distribution systems.
