Field Service Technicians

Terex Mining Canada is looking for qualified Field Service Technicians for the Hinton, AB. area.

The successful candidates will be self-starters, able to follow directions with minimal supervision, work well in a team environment, have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, be detail oriented, and pride themselves on the quality of their work

The duties of the Field Service Technicians will include daily proactive inspections, concise reporting, hands-on troubleshooting, daily running maintenance repairs, performing and guiding scheduled or outage maintenance tasks and component replacements, all with an emphasis on safety and quality. A good working knowledge of mechanical components, engines, gearboxes, hydraulic components, tracked undercarriage, steel structures, hydraulic systems, electrical systems and component level understanding of electronic diagnostics would be a definite asset.

These positions require an Alberta Trade Certification in Heavy Equipment Mechanics and/or Canadian Interprovincial Red Seal Certificate.
