| IVR Business Analyst As a Solutions Performance Business Analyst, you will participate in the planning an dexecution of Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) analysis for existing applications to identify and develop internal and client focused recommendations. You will also work with the delivery team during the design, implementation and testing stages of the construction phase on reporting and performance analysis for assigned client or internal solutions.
