| Branch Sales Manager Considering new opportunities?! Think about becoming a Branch Sales Manager in one of Saskatchewan finest communities; representing one of the premier John Deere dealerships in Saskatchewan. This multi-location dealership is seeking an individual to take a leadership role with other sales representatives on the team. This Branch Sales Manager will be a seasoned manager who thrives on building relationships with a very diverse group of producers. You will be a professional sales representative responsible to efficiently guide and direct your own sales success within a sales territory. In addition, you will be willing to accept some day-to-day branch operational responsibilities; co-develop and achieve the branches sales targets, review on-going follow up and sales leads, plus promote the dealerships other departments. Ultimately, you and your team will sell whole goods, parts, and labour service 100% of the time. This work is multifaceted, challenging, gratifying and requires significant judgment to make decisions in the best interests of the dealership and its customers. Compensation / Rewards: Our client offers an excellent compensation package with a combination of monthly salary, sales commission, and profit sharing incentive or bonuses.
