Account Manager - Customer Service Rep

Leading service provider in Toronto East is seeking an experienced “Account Manager – Customer Service Rep” to join its growing team.

Role and Responsibilities
· Manage daily activity of an assigned portfolio of clients
· Deliver a high level of customer service while developing and securing strong customer relationships
· Generate standardized reports daily
· Create contracts; negotiate pricing
· Provide daily follow up calls with customers

Required
· Excellent communication skills (written and oral) – French an asset
· Possess a positive and cheerful attitude
· Have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
· Be self motivated
· Able to work independently or within a team environment
· Eager and enthusiastic
· Excellent organizational skills
· Post secondary education completed or equivalent work experience
· Proficient with Word/Excel/Outlook
