| Installation Coordinator Installation Coordinator Threshold prides itself on being a best-in-class service provider with exceptional customer service. The Installation and Removal aspect of Threshold’s business is critical to ensuring ABM machines are installed in a timely manner with a “plug-and-play” philosophy. Threshold ABMs are operating all across Canada requiring a proven ability to successfully manage vendors for outsourced services. Reporting to the Manager-Technical Operations, the Installation Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating the day-to-day management of Threshold’s Installations, including machine moves and removals, ensuring that customers’ expectations are met at all times. This will require liaising with internal departments and 3rd Party Service Providers to ensure all aspects are prepared. This is a fast-paced and dynamic position and requires a problem-solving “can do” attitude. Development of strong relationships with other Threshold departments is key as the process touches various areas. Development of strong relationships with vendors is also necessary to ensure superior service is attained. Responsibilities • ABM installation and removal scheduling, for individual and groups of ABMs, with various internal departments and 3rd Party Service Providers • Obtain pricing quotes and audit invoices received for services required by 3rd party vendors • Arrange for ABM communication line orders and installations • Coordinate with Account Representatives and the Site to ensure site readiness • Coordinate ABM preparation and all necessary QA and testing prior to shipping, including final sign off prior to shipping units to site • Troubleshoot issues for installations, moves or removals, with responsibility for all installs/moves/changes through to the first successful transaction • Maintain the Asset Manager system to track all ABMs, including hardware, software, customizations, peripheral devices, etc. • Manage the ABM inventory for machines received at Threshold • Maintain a schedule for Installs, Moves, Changes, Removals, etc. • Manage 2nd Line Maintenance contracts for ABMs • Conform to company’s quality and change management systems • 3rd party vendor management • Provide support to the Technical Operations department as needed • Other projects as assigned Education Post secondary qualification preferred Experience The successful candidate should possess the following: Experience coordinating products for shipment Experience coordinating site readiness for the receipt of products Experience troubleshooting ABM technical problems preferable Experience managing vendors and suppliers Experience of transaction processing environment and methodologies preferable General industry knowledge and ABM network familiarity MS Office (Word, Excel, Access) Core Competencies Exceptional planning, organizing, and time management skills Ability to deal with tight deadlines and multiple projects Excellent customer service skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent problem solving skills Bias for action Thrives in a fast-paced independent role Technical knowledge of ABMs Must possess initiative, innovation, high integrity and a detail orientation Threshold Financial Technologies Inc. is Canada’s leading provider of ABM network management and transaction processing services to financial institutions and retailers, and is consistently at the leading edge of the industry, both in terms of technology solutions and customer service.
