| Outbound Assistant Position Profile: This is a challenging role, requiring a great deal of motivation and initiative offering you the opportunity to build a rewarding career with a leading transportation company. Our Outbound Assistant is responsible for all administrative duties involved in the Western Customer Service Region. You will build relationships with drivers and the various departments and will act as a liaison between the driver and various departments within the Company. This position offers an excellent learning opportunity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Position may require a degree of flexibility regarding hours of work and will eventually lead into a modified work schedule. Candidate Profile: You are a leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills wanting to have a direct impact on the continued growth and success of the company. You thrive in and are looking for a fast paced, multi-tasking environment. You will utilize your strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop and strengthen relationships. The ability to multi-task in a busy environment and a commitment to teamwork is essential.
