| Fleet Dispatcher Position Profile: This is a challenging role, requiring a great deal of motivation and initiative offering you the opportunity to build a rewarding career with a leading transportation company. Our Fleet Dispatcher works closely with their assigned driver fleet to ensure the expectations of our drivers, our customers and the company are met. Our Fleet Dispatcher builds and maintains solid working relationships with our drivers. This includes regular monitoring of the fleet, accurately distributing, receiving and updating information as well as identifying and participating in the resolution of issues. Demonstrated dispatch experience will be the key to success in this role that will compliment our existing team. Position may require some flexibility regarding hours of work. Candidate Profile: You are a leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills wanting to have a direct impact on the continued growth and success of the company. You thrive in and are looking for a fast paced, multi-tasking environment. You will utilize your strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop and strengthen relationships. Demonstrated problem solving and planning abilities will be key to your success in this position. Solid knowledge of the Transportation Industry and North American Geography are considered assets. | |
