HLR/One-NDS Program Manager

The successful candidate will perform the project management functions in NAM CSI SI organization, responsible for project planning, scheduling, budget control, project team management, customer management, and 3rd party management. He or she will have to follow and adopt the NSN project management process and tools for project management and reporting. Projects in CSI-SI may involve other teams in the organization such as logistics, network implementation, financial controllers, Care, account teams etc. and therefore, he or she must be able to collaborate and coordinate with other teams throughout the projects. CSI SI Project Manager summary of activities – are in principle divided in two areas – but not limited to: Pre-Sales support: • Overall project planning • Scope management, especially ensuring customer specific adaptations • Effort estimation • Resource determination and forecast • Budget controlling • Risk assessment & management • Alignment with other projects
