| Mortgage Consultant We are looking for individuals who are seeking a career as a Mortgage Consultant in the financing industry. Position Requirements Succesful Candidates will be able to: Originate residential mortgages through a associated network of industrial relationships such as realtors, builders, financial planners, attorneys, etc. secure the procurement of mortgage applications. Analyze clients' credit worthiness. Use automated systems to find appropriate loan products and price. Communicate and review with client available loan product details and knowledge about the mortgage pocess. Guide and communicate with clients about the closing process. Salary/Benefits All Selected Applicants will receive: Renumeration based on an excellent commission structure. A CAAMP Certificate, identifying them as official members of the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals. The Above mentioned Continued Training for AMP,and CPMA designations Errors and Omissions Insurance Email Address Business Cards Remote Phone Extension's and voicemail (directed to your cell phone) Fax Number System Access (internet friendly) to input prospects, leads, and application data Administrative Support for Processing Files Business Development Support to assist in your procurement of leads, and development as a Mortgage Consultant. Access to inhouse leads, facilities and promotional/Marketing support. Access to OMC select privilege Broker,Exclusive Client Membership Recognition/Award events and Gala's.
