Creditor Insurance Client Service Representatives deliver our ultimate client experience by providing professional, attentive and accurate Creditor services to our customers. In addition, Client Service Representatives respond to customers by providing information, understanding their needs, offering value-added solutions, opportunity spotting, and by taking accountability for the resolution of customer concerns. Our Creditor Insurance group is responsible for services dealing with insurance covering minimum monthly payments for credit products such as loans, mortgages, credit lines, etc. in the case of disability or death. Client Service Representatives job duties are divided between speaking with clients over the phone to assist them through the application process, as well as processing Creditor Insurance claims.

Key activities include ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. Customer contact responsibilities include call and email handling (incoming/outgoing) for both internal and external customers. You will provide knowledgeable and accurate information on Creditor products and services and apply a continuous-improvement approach to meeting internal and external customer care levels.

Successful candidates must be fully bilingual (English/French). Superior verbal and written communications skills, a professional telephone manner, customer orientation, and successful time management/organizational skills are also required for this role. The RBC Insurance Creditor department is located at 6880 Financial Drive in Mississauga. Working within an inbound contact centre environment the hours of operation are 8am to 10pm Monday to Friday. We are looking for candidates that are fully flexible to work a variety of shifts within these hours based on the needs of the business.
