Welder Foreman

Experience/Skills required: Must have at least 5 years experience
with strong leadership skills and good communication skills (must be able to read, write, and speak English well). Must have good organizational skills and must have a metal fabrication background with strong knowledge of aluminum welding. Knowledge of Kan-Ban would be beneficial.

Duties: Responsible for approximately 15 to 30 employees for either the Day Shift (6:30am - 4:00pm from Mon to Thurs & 6:30am to 3:00pm on Friday) or the Afternoon Shift (4:00pm to 1:00 am from Mon to Thurs & 3:00pm to 11:30pm on Friday). Occasionally overtime will be required during the week. Responsible for maintaining the flow of production, monitoring and improving quality, and monitoring the amount of hours being booked. Reporting directly to the VP of Manufacturing.

Industry: Privately-owned (non-unionized) manufacturer of Custom Tank Trucks & Special Equipment.

Salary range: $25 per hour + benefits + paid overtime.
