Parts, Customer Service Representative The Parts, Customer Service Representative will be involved in handling customer inquiries, processing both internal and external customer orders, procurement, parts interpreting and the expediting of purchase orders. This position requires a minimum of 2 years parts counter experience in addition to being reliable, organized and proactive, with a strong customer focus. Experience in the mining industry is a definate plus.
