| Real Estate Advisor / Sales Rep (Commerical Office Space) Experience/Skills required: Must have 2 to 5 years solid sales experience in any IT, Financial, or other professional business to business environment dealing with “C” level management (e.g. President, VP, GM, CFO, etc.). A Real Estate License (must be obtained within 7 - 9 months through the company). Must have a degree along with good computer skills and excellent command of the English language. Must be able to work in a structured, team-oriented environment. Duties: Prospecting on telephone (on behalf of “client tenants”) to set-up appointments, meeting potential customers, doing presentations to “C” level management, attending in-house sales meetings, and completing daily administration/paperwork. Industry/Client: High-end Commercial Real Estate Brokerage firm. Salary range: Draw of $62,000 + commission | |
