| Sales position selling Online Event Registration Services Looking for an experienced and hardworking sales person to sell Online Event Registration services to Event Planners throughout North America. This is an excellent opportunity to earn a base salary plus a generous commission and reoccurring commissions. ePly Services has been in business for five years and has a reputation for providing high quality service and an excellent customer experience. Job Skills Required • At least one year of inside sales experience in selling software/internet applications or related with the ability to qualify and close business over the phone. • Experience in the event planning industry considered a strong asset. • Professional phone manner. • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM applications. • Proficient in Microsoft office, including – Excel, Word and Outlook. • Keyboarding skills of 30 WPM min. • General understanding of internet terminology, web addresses, HTML, browsers and related software. • Excellent attendance and dependability. • Good documentation and grammar skills. • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and very detail oriented. • Independent and able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity. Job Duties and Responsibilities 1. Follow up with prospects contacting ePly through the website, by phone, referrals, contacts from tradeshows, etc. 2. Cold call event planners to determine if they would use ePly’s services and if so qualify with type of events, size, frequency, etc. 3. Use a consultative sales approach to present ePly’s services over the phone and online and recommend appropriate solutions. 4. Prepare quotes based on specific event requirements. 5. Follow up on quotes. 6. Meet quotas for number of qualified leads and sales. 7. Learn and stay current with the features available in the ePly system. 8. Maintain prospect and customer records in Salesforce. 9. Provide updates and reports to management as necessary.
