Junior Sales Rep

Experience/Skills required: A university/college graduate (must have graduated within the past 3 years) with at least 1 or 2 years of sales experience (preferably with a technical or industrial background - some experience in the construction industry would be ideal). Must have an outgoing personality with a burning desire to become a successful sales rep. Must have strong computer skills and excellent communication skills.

Duties: As a trainee assisting the "Head of the Estimating & Sales Department", you will be taught everything about the roofing & aluminum business in order to become an outside sales rep within 2 years. Responsibilities include: double checking contracts before they are sent to customers, follow up with builders on contracts, picking up plans, visit job sites to meet supervisors & contract managers, public relations, work closely with sales reps & credit department assisting to resolve outstanding payments, sales & marketing strategies, cold calling by soliciting builders in person, work closely with logistics & production department.

Salary range: $30,000-$35,000
