| Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative We are a family owned and operated Long Haul Refrigerated Transport Company who has an immediate opening for a full time Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative. This position is responsible for the following: •Coordination of daily dispatch functions; scheduling and driver management •Coordination and scheduling of equipment •Communication with customers on service and rates, taking and entering orders, reporting and customer profiling •Prioritize and assign pickups/deliveries to drivers •Perform clerical duties as needed, data entry, phones, filing, etc. •Strong communication, negotiation and computer skills Qualifications/Skills: •Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment •Must have superior organizational and problem solving skills •Sales and marketing experience would be an asset •Knowledge of PC Miler, Link and Satellite tracking an asset •Knowledge of transportation regulations an asset In addition to a competitive salary, Bulk Carriers (P.E.I.)
