Answers questions, resolves problems and communicates clearly, in verbal and written form, to the clients using an svg software, and records details in the case notes.
• Timely and accurately log and dispatch incoming customer inquires.
• Follow up with customers as required.
• Proactively keeps customers informed of order status and contract needs.
• Maintains confidentiality concerning clients’ data and business practices, company financial information and other sensitive company strategies and information.
