Located in Mississauga, we are a global Top-50 Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider. We provide high-mix, high-complexity start-to-finish manufacturing and supply chain solutions to companies in the Industrial Controls, Instrumentation, Medical, Communications, Transportation, Defence and Safety & Security industries.

BENEFITS:

RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:
•Develop a thorough account plan and sales strategy
•New business development with customers
•Broaden and advance relationship with the customers
•Create accurate and timely sales forecasts - track sales, forecasts and purchase orders to ensure accurate inventory planning and revenue tracking
•Ensure high degree of customer value and drive ongoing improvements
•Position company as the “value added” solution provider of choice with the customer’s senior management
•Manage customer expectations in regards to ongoing delivery of product and services
•Manage the Customer Focused Team to deliver exceptional performance metrics (i.e. revenue attainment, customer satisfaction results, margin maintenance, on-time delivery, A/R days outstanding, forecast accuracy and timelines, etc.)
•Quoting of new products and re-quoting of existing products
•Ability to operate in a Lean Manufacturing environment

REQUIREMENTS:
•5 + years in a manufacturing environment, with experience in any combination of Sales, Project/Account Management, and/or Marketing
•Exposure to Lean Manufacturing would be a definite asset
•3 + years in a leadership role
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
•Proven successful track record in the following:
oBusiness Knowledge and Analysis - the ability to understand and analyze business issues and trends along with their industry and customer implications
oCompetitive Adeptness - the ability to maximize competitive advantage while professionally disadvantaging the competition
oAccount Planning – the ability to develop a strategic account plan and then forecast, implement and review financial and people resources in order to achieve the planned objectives in line with the company strategic plans; defines intermediate goals and contingencies
oTechnological Proficiency – the ability to understand and apply manufacturing technology/solutions to provide customers with competitive advantage
•Attention to detail and commitment to quality are essential
•Ability to research and resolve problems and the ability to work in a fast paced and team environment
•A degree or diploma, or equivalent experience, in Business Administration or Management is preferred
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is mandatory, experience with ERP/MRP is an asset
•MUST HAVE MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE
•Oracle and excel would be a definite asset
•Must have reliable transportation, driver’s license
•Must be able to provide 2 supervisory references
