| Systems Developer We are currently seeking a full-time Systems Developer for our Downtown Toronto office. The ideal candidate will be accountable for supporting and developing our current administrative systems and assisting with the troubleshooting of related issues. The Systems Developer position works closely with all members of the IT department to ensure that all applications are bug free, innovative and adhere to the business requirements. In this role, the candidate will work as a member of the systems team on application development, script development, site maintenance and applications support. Education: • IT related degree from a recognized post secondary institution. Experience: • Minimum of 3-5 years fast-paced systems development, testing and implementation Experience with PC based development tools including: • Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and up • ASP 3.0 and ASP .Net 2003 and 2005 • HTML and Javascript • IIS 4.0 and IIS 5.0 • PowerBuilder (would be an asset) Duties/Responsibilities/Skills: • Responsible for the Design/Development/Deployment of system applications. This involves assisting the business in requirements definition, presenting solutions, providing estimates and development and implementation of applications. • Involved in the enhancement of application performance and of the development process • Responsible for consulting with colleagues or internal clients with a view to writing or modifying current operating systems • Evaluating and implementing ways to incorporate existing or new technologies • Responsible for observing, testing, diagnosing and fixing faults in the existing software • Responsible for working with the systems team both internally and externally • Undertake project work as required We thank all applicants for their interest.
