| Administrative Clerk (mulitiple openings) We currently have multiple openings for Administrative Clerks to join our new support center located in Halifax. The Administrative Clerk provides administrative support during the transferee relocation process to all the teams within RLRS. Accurate input of information within a fast paced, flexible environment is critical to the success of this position. This is an exciting opportunity that offers growth potential in a company that strives to be the employer of choice. Great shifts (Mon-Fri 8 a.m.-4 p.m. or 12 noon – 8 p.m.) Free parking and free on-site Gym Memberships. This role will be responsible for providing overall administrative support, including developing effective office procedures, coordinating with suppliers, and the processing of invoices and claims in a timely manner. As a successful candidate, you have a positive attitude, good judgment, are detailed oriented, and can demonstrate your exceptional administrative skills including record keeping. You are a team player, with strong computer proficiency in Word, Internet, e-mail, WordPerfrect and various other software programs. Qualifications: •Accurate keyboarding/data entry skills are essential. •Competent in basic accounting procedures. •Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. •Strong verbal and written communication skills. •Client service oriented with excellent telephone manner. •Projects and maintains a professional image and positive attitude. •Bilingualism is an asset (French/ English). •Must assist team members by sharing workload. •Flexibility with work hours. •Knowledge/experience in relocation, residential real estate, legal office procedures and/or banking would be an asset. •May be required to be telephone accessible outside of regular working hours in some circumstances. Requirements: •The incumbent confirms to be a Canadian citizen. •Reliability status security clearance granted by CIISD, PWGSC; the security clearance application will be facilitated via the RLRS–GS Company Security Officer (CSO). | |
