| Controller - Sales & Finance Mix Are you an accountant with an unusually strong interpersonal skill-set? If the answer is yes then this may be one of thos rare opportunities that is able to fully accommodate your broad profile. Our Chilliwack based client seeks a Controller for this newly created role to provide mainstream Controllership expertise coupled with tenacious business development. Reporting directly to the President your time will be divided as follows: - 45% on financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, performance analysis and overseeing the accounting function. - 55% on business development, sales and managing client relationships. The business is a warm, friendly and people orientated organization that places a great emphasis on integrity and personal relationships. Remuneration: $50,000 - $80,000 + Bonus + RSP + Benefits Requirements: This role will suit an accountant with a genuinely entrepreneurial or sales flair. It requires a strong, upbeat and outgoing personality who is not afraid to pick up the phone and talk to potential new clients. At the same time a solid base in accounting is required to manage the financial aspects of the job. A potential candidate profile may be an accountant who has owned their own business and is now keen to return to being an employee.
