| CA - Senior(3rd year Manager or higher) The ideal candidate will have their CA designation and a minimum of three years experience in a senior/supervisor role. You could be a manager currently looking to go the next level. There is definitely partnership opportunity for the right candidate. You are looking for a generalist opportunity to work in all areas and most of all are interested in long term growth and development within a well established firm in the Hamilton area. You have above average interpersonal skills with an interest in business development and client relations. Lots of opportunity for client contact. You are someone prepared to get involved in the community.You can identify advisory services and are able to manage multiple engagements effectively. You have excellent technical audit and accounting knowledge and enjoy and are skilled in tax planning. You are able to work as part of a team and contribute positively as well as have outstanding communication skills. Skill Set & Experience Requirement: · Must have a CA- designation · 5 years+ experience ( 2-3 years as a senior or manager role) · Ideal candidate will be an experienced Manager or in their second year as manager. · Exceptional Interpersonal and client relation skills. · Team Player/Strong Leader with the ability to develop and mentor staff. You need to be skilled in taxprep, Caseware and MS Office Suite The sky is the limit for the right individual.
