| Solutions Developer Brock Solutions is an entrepreneurial, Kitchener-based automation-engineering firm that delivers business results through successful implementation of automation technology to a wide variety of industries. Our Kitchener location is currently accepting applications for the position of Solutions Developer. Successful candidates can expect to: • work in a very diverse fast paced workforce • to be involved in the entire production cycle from proposals to commissioning • exposed to technologies such as drives, PLC, .Net, HMI, MES, and real time databases • participate in a consultative role to determine the user needs • travel 30% of the job requirement spent at customer’s facilities (some US and abroad) The Ideal Candidates should: • have an academic and/or professional background in System Design, Electrical, Computer Engineering or Computer Science •have an existing background and/or experience with SQL Server, Visual Studio .Net, and ASP.Net •have experience with PLC programming (beneficial but not required) •be customer focused and have excellent communication and people skills •have an attention to detail •have a strong interest in automation and industrial processes If you are seeking a career in a growing organization where you will have a key role in exciting projects with plenty of opportunity for travel and professional development - don’t delay! | |
