REGIONAL MANAGER – FULL TIME
BASED IN NORTH YORK


We are seeking an experienced individual with a solid background in health care service delivery and demonstrated leadership skills. As a member of the operations management team, you will provide leadership and direction to community health services professionals within the designated geographies, supporting growth and diversity strategies and ensuring the achievement of service standards and financial targets. You will manage the Service Delivery Centre to meet SEHC and funder expectations as well as lead and engage staff to meet or exceed the same. You will also focus on growing service delivery partner relationships and driving revenues.


Key Responsibilities:
 Maintain a professional partnership with CCAC/LHIN and primary community stakeholders.
 Ensure adherence to quality standards and manage high risk issues.
 Effectively present and communicate information relating to operation needs and initiatives to management.
 Identify health service trends/developments in the external environment and recommend/lead implementation.
 Plan, evaluate and monitor financial and operational performance and ensure cost effective processes and procedures are in place/implemented.
 Ensure that annual education plan is developed & based on SEHC and funder needs.
 Manage to appropriate scheduling/staffing/skill mix for health service provision.
 Develop and implement innovative approaches and solutions within improvement initiatives.
 Monitor and report on metrics of program delivery to SVP.
 Identify opportunities for professional growth and development within management team.
 Lead, motivate staff and recognize staff who are highly engaged with the local team and SEHC.
 Manage the Service Delivery Centre to be in compliance with all legislative requirements.
 Provide performance management
 Coordinate closely with the Senior Management team to support new business initiatives and ongoing business contract requirements, and provide to RFP contract development.
Qualifications
 A bachelor’s degree in business management, or related field with equivalent business and healthcare experience. Preference will be given to those who are a member of a regulated health profession.
 Extensive experience in a health care business management role (preferably minimum 5 years experience).
 Demonstrated working experience with budget and financial planning for community health care delivery.
 Experience with P&L responsibility.
 Familiarity with employee and labour relations.
 Knowledge of quality and risk management practices.
 Experience in developing, implementing and evaluating quality improvement initiatives.
 Exceptional communication and presentation skills; you have complete Microsoft Office familiarity.
 Well developed analytical, planning and problem solving skills.
 Demonstrated project management skills.
 Demonstrated leadership, motivational guidance and team building skills.
