About the Opportunity J Wilson and Associates Recruitment is searching for a Store Manager with one of Canada's leading automotive companies located in Windsor. Duties: As our client’s Store Manager you ensure the store runs efficiently and effectively by utilizing your strong Customer Service background and your past experience in store management. Your success in this role will be guaranteed by the motivation and mentorship of your employees and experience in or a passion for automotive. Your responsibilities would include: Customer service Managing 7- 15 employees Motivating and mentoring employees Ensure that day to day activities of the store run smoothly Ensure sales targets are met by the team What we are looking for: If you’re looking to fast track your career with a leading Canadian company, this may be the place for you. Here are a few things we’re seeking in the ideal candidate: Excellent communication skills At least 2 Years in a Supervisor/Management position Expertise in training and motivating employees Automotive or retail experience is preferred.
