We are currently seeking talented, self-starters for Account Executive roles in Ontario, Alberta, and BC. The Account Executive position is for an experienced, career minded sales representative with a successful background in achieving field sales goals. This position will be an integral part in growing our Canadian Corporate Division at SHI. The Corporate Account Executive will assist in growing new business and developing strong customer relationships within an assigned territory to provide in-depth customer technology solutions. Executives will be required to offer a wide variety of technology solutions to new customers and grow partner relationships within an assigned territory. This is a phenomenal opportunity for sales professionals who would be excited to be apart a corporate expansion of unprecedented scale for SHI and who wish to be a disruptive force in the Canadian IT Landscape. What SHI Can Offer: • Competitive compensation and benefits, including medical, vision, dental • Ongoing Opportunities for development and career advancement based on merit, not tenure • Comprehensive training programs • The opportunity to work in a creative, comfortable, progressive and fun environment Responsibilities: • Grow customer base within territory • Provide consultation to customers regarding their IT Solutions needs • Market and leverage our vendor/distribution channel partnerships to ensure best value, pricing and support for customers • Work with internal departments to ensure customer transactions are processed accurately and efficiently • Achieve Sales Goals • Work with sales management to develop relationships with key vendor partners in territory • Make telephone and field calls to present SHI’s value proposition to existing and potential customers • Build customer loyalty • Keep up to date on product and industry knowledge • Attend product training as required • Prospect and forecast on a monthly basis Requirements: • College Diploma/University Degree • Minimum 2 years sales experience. Field experience preferred • Excellent verbal and written communicator; confident, knowledgeable, possessing superior probing and closing skills and a proven ability to handle conflict and overcome objections • Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills • Experience in the technology industry preferred • Positive, polished and professional presence translates easily over the phone and in person; quickly able to establish a strong, influential relationship with customers and vendors. • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment • Driven; results and achievement oriented. • High Energy (Batteries Included) • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Work, Excel & PowerPoint EOE | |
