As soon as possible Edmonton, AB (1 vacancy) Education: Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic Trade Certification, Gas Technician or Gas Fitter Trade Certification (1st Class) Experience: Experience an asset in supermarkets Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English Major Work Area: Construction, Installation, Service, Commercial Refrigeration Specialization: Supermarket Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Systems: Rooftop (self-contained), Centrifugal cooling, Heat pump, Industrial ammonia, Hydro carbon, Filtration, Air motioning and circulation, Built up (split system), Humidification and de-humidification systems, Ventilation Control Systems: Energy conservation, Computerized monitoring, Electrical devices, Electronic and solid state, Pneumatic devices, On-board diagnostics, Programmable logic controllers (PLC) Specific Skills: Measure and lay out reference points for installation, Assemble and install refrigeration or air conditioning components, Measure, cut and connect piping using welding and brazing equipment, Commission systems and test for leaks using testing devices, Perform routine maintenance and servicing, Interpret gas codes, Install, troubleshoot, repair and overhaul entire heating, ventilation, air handling, refrigeration and air conditioning systems, Handle, recover and store refrigerants, Install, maintain and repair mobile refrigeration equipment in transport trucks, Install, calibrate and repair control systems By E-mail: (placement agency) | |
