| Manager, Contracts Administration (MY CJ) Key functional responsibilities include: • Recruiting, training, and developing of staff to support project requirements • Developing, improving, implementing, and monitoring work processes and procedures; • Supporting company’s business development activities • Interface with other company department managers and Project Managers to promote the Department functions and support these responsibilities • Provide technical expertise and guidance to projects, as required, to assist with Negotiating and resolving of contractor claims and issues • Where no full time Project Contract Manager or Prime Contract Administrator has been assigned to a project the Manager of Contracts will be responsible for those duties Skills and Qualifications: • Relevant recognized diploma, degree, or professional certification • Experience in the management and supervision of personnel, including recruitment, training and development, making work assignments, coaching, and performance evaluation • Experience in the development, implementation, and monitoring of policies, procedures, and work processes • Strong background in contract formation and knowledge of International and Canadian legal requirements • Knowledge of EPC industry practices and local labour conditions | |
