| Fire Alarm Technician Vipond Systems Group is a strong and long established life safety company currently seeking a Fire Alarm Technician to join our team in Windsor, Ontario. In this role you will be responsible for assisting with inspections, on site trouble-shooting and service of various life safety and security systems. Required Qualifications: • Minimum 1 year Canadian experience • CFAA Certified or near completion • Valid Ontario Drivers License and clean driving record • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Self motivated with strong customer service skills • Attention to detail and accuracy regarding reports and work orders • Emergency On-Call availability on rotational basis • Working knowledge of security systems, access control systems, CCTV and door entry systems is a strong asset Duties: (including but not limited to the following) • Provide assistance in service, inspection, troubleshooting and installation of fire alarm systems • Become involved in inspection and maintenance of emergency lighting, fire sprinkler, standpipe and fire extinguishing systems • Serve on emergency service team on a rotational basis What we offer: • Excellent salary • Company vehicle with personal use • Company uniforms • Advancement potential • Benefits and Group RRSP Eligible candidates should forward their resume and cover letter to the email shown or fax to 519.737.2676 attention: Al Bastien While we do appreciate all applications, only candidates under consideration will be contacted. | |
