| Executive Chef We are looking for an exceptional Executive Chef to take our kitchen to the next level. The successful candidate will actively lead the kitchens of Canthooks Restaurant, the ski lodge (in winter) and the beachfront (in summer) and ensure all our events such as weddings and corporate retreats run smoothly. We are looking for a professional with the following profile: - Strong in Menu Planning and Costing - Proven Ability to lower food costs and increase profitability - Hands on experience with high volume quick service outlets - Experience with wedding and corporate groups of around 200 guests - Fine Dining and Casual Dining expertise - High degree of people skills, ability to train and motivate staff and build a strong team - Ability to mentor and coach a Sous Chef - Ability to interact with coworkers in a courteous, patient manner even during stressful situations - Willingness to consistently improve quality, service levels and efficiency - Showing a hands on style in the kitchen, actively leading a small team. | |
