| Capital Manager - Leadership in a Collaborative Team Our client has asked our assistance in identifying a strong leader to fill the role of Capital Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a designated Accounting/finance professional who has demonstrated leadership in managing capital budgeting, planning and analysis. The successful individual will lead by example, is up to date technically and enjoys a collaborative environment. Responsibilities: - Lead and Manage the Budgeting Process - Capital Plan Support, Forecast and Analysis of significant projects Qualifications: - CA, CMA or CGA designation - Considerable relevant experience in a complex regulated sector - Excellent knowledge of financial and management systems and tools, controls and reporting to assess the impacts of variances on the organizations financial standing - Highly Analytical - Excellent Problem solving - Excellent communication skills - Superior business acumen, project management, judgment and presentation skills - Enjoy providing leadership in a team environment Salary up to $98K depending on experience This role offers a competitive salary and an outstanding benefits package in a growing organization .
