Tower Engineer Support This positions primary role would be to provide support and assistance to Senior Tower Structural Engineer. Duties would include: Sourcing as-built drawings Gathering data from as-built tower and site drawings Gathering data from RF Engineering team and RF Engineering documents Compiling requirements from Project Management/Cell site construction/RF Engineering teams and presenting a proposed tower profile for review by Struc Eng. Any other duties as assigned by the Senior Tower Structural Engineer. Education: Civil Engineering Technology programme graduated from NAIT or SAIT or equivalent college. Practical experience with less formal education would be considered. Work Experience: Telecommunication towers experience in any one of the following is a MUST. -Tower Rigging -Tower Drafting -Tower Project Management Structural steel design and detailing experience will be an asset. Experience in engineering assembly and fabrication drawings will be an asset. Knowledge of CSA-S37-01 is a benefit but not necessary.
