| Director, Workforce Optimization Project Director - Workforce Optimization Responsibilities -Oversees the design development, support and management of application software activities on a 7x24 basis -Business Interface, project Steering Committees and cross functional team representation -Provides status reports to senior management -Supports Project Managers and technical staff by removing barriers that may be encountered. -Provides guidance or advise on systems solutions as needed -Represents IT in senior management project planning sessions -Works with senior management of external vendors on strategic systems issues to systems/technology directions -Defines future projects, resources, timelines, and projected costs -Prioritizes projects and allocates overall recourses in accordance with IT commitments , goals and objectives -Manages project budgets and makes decisions on matters that may involve a large expenditures of money -Acts as mentor to Project Managers with regards to development of their staff, hiring of new staff, performance issues and compensation decisions -Provides feedback to Project Managers. Establishes career development plans to support enhanced individual performance and succession planning with the I.T. group Management of large cross functional initiatives Qualifications Bachelors degree in a technology discipline Minimum 10 years progressive experience in a senior management role, or equivalent. Demonstrated understanding of business needs and trends A strong business acumen with the ability to grasp market trends, competitive issues, and company strategic direction to appropriately guide projects, define resources and provide solutions Strong focus on servicing clients Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent problem solving skills Highly motivated and adaptable How to Apply for this Role We are seeking expertise with ONLY these qualified skills.
