RSC Business Group Culture Basics: Crash Course

Overview

Over the years we have discovered that, due to our unique culture, mere technical skills were not enough to be a member of our organization. As a result, we have developed a comprehensive 6 month RSC Culture Basics Crash Course to build individuals and teams that could become part of our organization. Over two years in development, this 6 Month Crash Course is designed to introduce people to the RSC Business Group Culture.

It is intended for anyone who is interested in entering the world of Business Coaching and Business Consulting and making a difference for businesses and individuals alike.

We are looking for Interns to work in and learn the Business Coaching and Consulting business. As an intern, you need to be willing to be trained into being an exceptional individual who can work in unique team environments. We are seeking those who can share our vision, practice and culture, and willing to make a global difference.

Just be clear: this course will challenge your points of view about business and life. It is an “on the field” experiential training, where you will be trained and developed in the areas of Research & Development, Marketing, Sales and more.

As a participant, you will choose your pathway of development, and you will be responsible for managing projects, teams and initiatives as assigned by your manager.

Be ready for change.
