| Senior Accountant - ACCPAC users! Our Abbotsford based client, in the food business, is going through a cultural change as it moves into a team of dynamic, added value accountants. As part of this evolution it seeks an ambitious Senior Accountant to report directly to the Finance Manager and perform a broad and varied finance role. Principal responsibilities will include: - Financial statement preparation and monthly reporting. - Management of the general ledger, account reconciliations and financial control. - Financial analysis with the opportunity to move into budgeting and forecasting as your experience grows. The organization is a warm and friendly place to work with a product that everyone can relate to, there is very low turnover within the team due to the very positive work environment. The Finance Manager is a very genuine, honest and supportive indidiual who will help develop your accouning skills. Benefits: $50,000 - $55, 000 + Study support + Benefits Requirements: - Minimum of a level 4 in a professional accounting designation. - Experienced user of ACCPAC accounting software. - Strong teamplayer with the ability to work with diverse people. - Positive, enthusiastic and motivated individual. - Energetic and dynamic indidivual who is keen to improve processes and exceed expectations.
