Insurance Sales Associate GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Provide professional sales presentations via outbound phone calls to consumers re A&S insurance products for ACE Group of Insurance Companies. This is accomplished by selling product features and benefits, thoroughly answering questions and setting proper expectations re the product and enrollment process, effectively responding to objections, and entering the call / sale information in the applicable database. SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:  Make outbound phone calls to consumers affiliated with ACE Sponsors to sell A&S products.  Gather all required data necessary to sell A&S insurance products.  Explain the sales process and A&S insurance product.  Accurately process information and enrollments in Sutherland’s CRM system.  Utilize consultative sales techniques and excellent customer service skills on all outbound calls.  Escalate issues to supervisor or program manager. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:  Valid Life or A&S license for the province of your residence required  1+ years of B2C Telephone Sales experience  High school diploma  High level of accuracy when completing tasks  Typing skills of 30+ WPM  Strong communication skills  Action oriented, takes initiative and seizes opportunities when they arise.  Ability to use critical thinking skills to overcome customer objections  Proven time management skills Package: Full Time Perm Position $14.00 /hr + commission (max $300.00 / month) Generous Benefits Package Extended Training Opportunities including post secondary education.
