Brand Ambassador Job Description Job Title: Brand Ambassador Purpose of Position: • To execute in-field programs for TrojanOne clients in a timely, clean and effective manner Typical Duties (Varies with each program): • Communicate key messages and experiences to target audiences • Execute in-field programs according to TrojanOne Activator specifications • Ensure proper set up, tear down and maintenance of program equipment • Interact with consumers in an effective and appealing manner • To be well presented, in uniform and attitude for all activities • To represent TrojanOne and it’s clients values at all times Education: • High School Diploma required • Enrollment in Sports Marketing or Events Management Certificate Program is an asset Experience: • No experience necessary • Related experience considered an asset: o Camp leadership / babysitting / day camps o Public speaking / theatre o First-Aid / CPR Certificate o Sporting involvement Competencies: Essential Characteristics for Members of our Team: • Team Work: Develops and maintains positive working relationships with all employees and demonstrates a knowledge of their individual work styles and motivations • Flexibility: Adapts easily and thrives in an environment of change and quick decision making • Written and verbal communication: Expresses oneself clearly, listens actively and understands others well in individual or group situations and supports information sharing • Leadership: Guides, motivates and inspires self and others to take action to achieve desired outcomes • Problem Solving: Develops solutions to problems by gathering information, understanding potential causes and identifying alternative solutions • Planning and Organizing: Establishes a clearly defines and effective course of action for self and others to accomplish short and long term goals • Commitment to Organizational Vision and Values: Contributes to and demonstrates the overall goals of the organization.
