Pesonal Response Center Associate(French/Cantonese & English)

Job Summary
The ideal candidate will respond promptly and professionally to Emergency and Non-Emergency calls from Lifeline subscribers and evaluate what type of assistance is required, following set protocols as well as using personal judgment.

Key Responsibilities

•Respond to calls in a professional and timely manner
•Conduct daily test calls to subscribers
•Troubleshoot equipment problems
•Demonstrate initiative for continuous improvements by suggesting process improvements

Education – Post Secondary education or equivalent work experience

Work Experience (minimum level) - 1 to 3 years of business and/or customer service experience

General Skills & Knowledge

•Exceptional customer service skills
•Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal)
•Typing skills
•Superior listening skills /ability to assess and process information quickly and accurately
•Good organizational skills
•Excellent judgment and decision-making skills during sometimes stressful situations
•Enjoy working independently in a fast paced environment
•Display flexibility and strong work ethic
Good interpersonal and conflict resolution
