| Full-Time Primary Health Nurse Practitioners(RNEC) Our client, A Modern Community Health Centre Located in Central Toronto, Requires Full-Time Primary Health Nurse Practitioners , (RNEC) (We are seeking NEW RNEC GRADS as well as experienced RNEC’s) As a NURSE PRACTITIONER, would you enjoy: TAKING A TRULY DIFFERENT APPROACH TO HEALTHCARE? • Providing a multi-disciplinary, holistic approach to primary health care • Truly UNLIMITED time with clients • Minimum involvement with administrative tasks, personnel and billing issues, leaving you more time to spend with patients • Collaborating with a cohesive team of physicians, MSW’s, chiropodists, dietitians, and health promotion professionals • Strategic partnerships with CAMH, Public Health, and other agencies • Working in a facility with access to modern, quality diagnostic tools and equipment • Working and living in a culturally diverse community, with a variety of unique restaurants • Family-oriented area close to amenities including schools, parks and boutique shopping QUALIFICATIONS • Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing with current or pending extended class certificate of competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario • Member of the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario and the Nurse Practitioner Association of Ontario is preferred • Advanced knowledge and decision-making skills in assessment, diagnosis and health care management • Knowledge and experience in Aboriginal healthcare an asset • Effective interpersonal and leadership skills • Effective oral and written communication skills • Commitment to a client-centered model of health care delivery • Passion and commitment to an inclusive workplace; respecting and valuing the diversity of every individual • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail • Competent computer skills • Knowledge of relevant community resources available to clients Please apply in confidence to: Chander S CN Global Jobs Inc. 9054557883 | |
