Contact Centre Representatives

As a Contact Centre Associate you will be responsible for responding to customer issues and queries via telephone and e-mail. Calls will include queries regarding customer accounts, investigating customer issues, arranging service calls, providing product information, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing first call resolution. In addition you will be responsible for the documentation of customer issues and action items and will communicate and share information with the internal team.

Requirements:
Successful candidates must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Your listening skills will be key to your success. Strong computer and keyboarding skills. Attention to detail and solid analytical skills are a must. Candidates should have a drive and passion for customer service. Individuals who are solutions driven and take initiative are encouraged to apply. Candidates should work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of Windows NT/XP and MS Office
Secondary School diploma

Must be flexible to work shifts between the hours of 6:00am and 12:00am - Monday to Sunday
